Talking Across Political Differences on Campus: Panel Event

As we enter what promises to be the most fraught election seasons in living memory, many Americans wish to gain new skills for engaging in dialogue with people who hold different political viewpoints. This panel discussion and interactive workshop will feature insights from leading dialogue organizations as they discuss approaches for fostering dialogue across political differences on college and university campuses.

Dr. Jill DeTemple, an award-winning religious studies faculty member at Southern Methodist University and Essential Partners Associate, will join representatives from the Sustained Dialogue Institute, Braver Angels, Bridging the Gap, and Unify America. This event is hosted and organized by our colleagues at the Difficult Dialogues National Resource Center.
